Data Analysis – Long Term Care (LTC) Facilities
The basis for all of ONW’s services is the analysis of data from the industry. Each of the programs and services ONW offers were developed from the analysis of countless surveys and studies conducted by a professional staff of statisticians in conjunction with nurses, healthcare administrators, allied health professionals, and educators.
ONW conducts an annual survey of long term care facilities 2007 LTC Survey. The survey solicits information regarding current budgeted nursing positions, vacancies, and projected staffing requirements for the next two years, as well as, turnover data and continuing education needs.
