Retention / Workplace Culture
After close examination of turnover rate data and focus group information, retention assessment surveys have been developed by ONW in collaboration with psychologist, Dr. Beverly Smallwood. These surveys are intended to identify target areas of concern regarding workplace culture and employee satisfaction. Follow up surveys will assist in the evaluation of strategies developed to address these areas of concern.
