The basis for all of ONW's services is the analysis of data collected from the industry. Each of the programs and services ONW offers were developed from the analysis of countless surveys and studies conducted by a professional staff of statisticians in conjunction with nurses, healthcare administrators, allied health professionals, and educators.
The High School Mentorship Program is aimed at high school senior interested in a career in the healthcare field, especially nursing. Students are given an opportunity to see firsthand what it would be like to work in a healthcare environment and complete a Certified Nurse Assistant program.

ONW has developed a Nurse Residency Program for recent graduate nurses to improve education and practice and facilitate the transition from student to practicing nurse. The six-month residency program offers educational and clinical opportunities with an acute care hospital under the guidance of a trained preceptor.
